Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and selected holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s), may take an additional 30 business days to process and ship.
We ship from Mumbai India to all Territories in India except those PIN Codes not serviced by our Logistics Partner. The cost of shipping will be calculated and indicated at the time of Checkout. The price you see on the checkout page is inclusive of shipping cost inclusive of GST and is exactly what you would pay.
PLEASE NOTE: Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. No extra handling charges will be charged to you at the time of delivery. Please do not make any such extra payments to anyone at the time of delivery.
For International Shipping, local taxes of the country where the order is shipped might be applicable which has to borne by the customer. ASHISH AND SHEFALI (AN DESIGNS) is no way liable to pay these taxes.
If you are not home, the order will be taken back and marked as not delivered. You can then obtain directions on how to procure your order.
You could track the status of your order from the “My Account” Tab available on the Homepage of our website which shall give a personalised space to view and track all your Orders with us. Unless requested by the Logistics partner, we do not require a signature for delivery. We do not ask for any personal information from our customers at the time of delivery other than identification proof. Please be careful while providing any information to any person claiming to be an agent of AN DESIGNS OR ASHISH AND SHEFALI
Returns & Exchanges
You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. We may accept returns for account credit only. For this purpose we must receive the merchandise within 7 days from the date it was shipped to you. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging. We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions. All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods. To return an item, you must write to us at email@example.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails. Alternatively, you may even call at our customer care number 91-9833905858 which remains open 10.00am to 07.00 pm every day except Sunday. If you are not satisfied with the product received by you for any reason you may have the option to exchange and at our sole discretion to receive a refund. We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately. Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following:
List of non-returnable products shall be Custom made products; Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you; Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion and/or Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
All custom made and custom fit orders are non-returnable.
Please note that items purchased at www.ashishandshefali.com cannot be returned in any of our store or our partner Store for exchange or refund.
The returns and exchange procedure can also be initiated through the Website by following the below mentioned steps:
- If you made the purchase as a registered user, log in to your account to initiate the process.
- If you made the purchase from the Website as a guest, please register on the Website using the same email address provided while purchasing the product so that your products appear in your order history. You can initiate the process of return and exchange only if the said product appears in your order history.
- After logging in, select the relevant option to return or exchange the product.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting.
We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchange requests if the product doesn’t match the approval policies.
- If the qualities check team does not approve the product, the product will be returned back to customer within 5 days of the product being received.
- If your return is approved, the refund will only be in the form of store credits.
- If the exchange is approved, you will be redirected to the relevant page to select new products for purchase.
- Store credit only pertains to the amount of the purchase and not the shipping cost.
- Store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If it is found that the claimed shipment was not delivered to us or the shipment was empty, the onus shall be on the customer to provide the proof of delivery to us to establish his claim of return.
