HOW DO I REGISTER?

To register go to the sign up icon placed at the top right of the page and fill in the registration form to make your Ashish and Shefali account.

DO I HAVE TO DISCLOSE MY E-MAIL ID AND PHONE NUMBER FOR REGISTRATION?

Email id and mobile numbers are mandatory fields, as we will send you regular updates about your orders.

HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?

Once you have chosen your products, add them to your cart by clicking on “Add to cart". The order process has following stages:

  1. Register by creating your own Ashish and Shefali account, using your email address and password. You can use this for future orders, to review previous orders, and to save items to your wish list.
  2. Fill in the delivery information: receiver’s name and address and select your delivery method.
  3. Review your order before placing it.
  4. Complete the payment process.
  5. If you have opted for “Minor changes or alterations or custom made,  We will contact you to get the required measurements. Simply follow the instructions and send in your measurements. Check out our fitting guide for sizing information and instructions on how to measure.
  6. We can deliver your outfits directly to your door. Fitting guaranteed (delivery charges applicable if any).

HOW DO YOU ENSURE A PERFECT FIT?

Our outfits are custom made or adjusted to your measurements. We will contact you to get the required measurements after we receive the order. Check out our fitting guide for sizing information and instructions on how to measure.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CUSTOM FIT GARMENT?

To customise any order you need to mail us at: sales@ashishandshefali.com with clear information regarding the same. We will ask you for certain requirements and approvals to ensure that the customisation is proper.

Please Note:

  • The basic silhouette of existing design cannot be changed
  • Customisation in existing design will only conform to: Adding sleeves, size customisations, covering a sheer part and colour change only.
  • Any additional component like extra pants/dupatta will be on a chargeable basis.
  • All customisation will be subjected to availability.
  • All custom made order will be non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
  • ASHISH AND SHEFALI has the right to cancel or withdraw/modify certain customisations if they do not fit the above points.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES AND ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES?

Shipping charges within India is free, outside India the charges will be shown to you at the time of check out, any extra charges will vary on any additional component like a dupatta, pants or embroidery that has been added to the existing outfit.

 WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

All orders are shipped within 7-60 days of ordering, depending on the outfit and design.

Order tracking information will be emailed to you after your order is shipped.

We ship worldwide via FEDEX  and other courier services. Orders are shipped from MUMBAI, INDIA.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPNG?

Yes, we offer free shipping in INDIA

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will be given the order tracking details via mail which you can track on our courier partner’s website.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we deliver to all the major countries. The shipping charges will vary as per your order and location. At the time of your checkout you will know the delivery charges for your international order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD HAS BEEN COMPROMISED WHILE MAKING A PAYMENT ONLINE?

At Ashish and Shefali we try our best to protect your personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. In the event of a breach of the confidentiality or security of your personal information, we will notify you as necessary and to the extent possible so you can take appropriate protective steps.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

If you have placed an order with us and you want to cancel it, inform us within 24 hours of the order placed after which no order can be cancelled.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF THE ORDER?

Yes, you can go to my account to change the shipping address or notify us over the mail, however address cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Please read return polices to understand the process.

WHAT IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE WHEN YOU DELIVER THE MERCHANDISE?

If you are not available when we deliver the merchandise, our courier company will take it back and they will contact you for further steps.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS RECEIVED IN A DAMAGED CONDITION?

At Ashish and Shefali, we ensure the safety of your order, however if in any circumstances if you receive a product in damaged condition mail us the picture of the garment received with your order number and we will guide you with the next steps.

You may opt for a payment method from under the following heads:

  • Net Banking
  • E-wallets
  • Store Credits (In case of returns)
