Macys is introducing a new range of dresses inspired by the classic 1940s theme.
The brand is offering two colours of the popular classic, red and white, in both short and long sleeves and with a “flip-flop” pattern.
The red and blue dresses are available in a range of shapes and sizes and can be worn for both formal or informal occasions.
The white dresses are a special “glow-in-the-dark” version.
The first colour is called Caesar dressing, which is a black, sleeveless dress with a red collar and a long bow.
The red and black dresses are the most popular in the store and will be available from November 15.
“We wanted to highlight that we’re a brand of style and comfort, and the colour is so much fun for a day in the sun,” Macys senior vice president of design Cara Schmid said.
“It’s not just a way to get the evening off to a great start.
It’s also the perfect way to make the day feel even more special.”
The second colour is Macys womans dresses, which are a classic white dress with the top and sides of the dress made from cactus flowers and a red bow.
It is available from December 11.
The designer also announced that its men’s and women’s styles will be out by the end of next year, and its new range will be released in the spring.
“With our latest collection, we are redefining the way we design and we are not stopping there,” Schmid told Buzzfeed.
“With this new range we want to take Macys to a whole new level of comfort and style, and we can’t wait to show you what we have to offer you.”
Macys, which has more than 1,000 stores worldwide, is best known for its classic dress range.
The designer also recently launched the Women’s Classic and Women’s Modern collection.
